PNEUMONIA VACCINATION PROGRAMME

If you have received an invitation for your pneumonia vaccine, we encourage you to book an appointment to have the injection. The pneumococcal vaccine helps protect against serious illnesses like pneumonia and meningitis. It’s recommended for people at higher risk of these illnesses, such as babies and adults aged 65 and over.

We have a clinic with lots of availability on Saturday 25th January at St Clare Medical Centre running between 08:30 and 12:15. Please call the surgery to arrange an appointment – this is not a walk-in clinic.
