IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING APPOINTMENT SYSTEM CHANGES

To meet government requirements, we have made changes to our appointment system which started from 1st September 2025. Please use our online form, or the NHS app, to contact us or request medical appointments. The form is open between 0730-1500, or when we are at capacity for that day (whichever occurs first). If you require urgent advice after 1500 or when the form is closed, please call the surgery and discuss over the phone. If you feel a visit is likely to be needed, please continue to let us know as early in the day as possible.

If you are unable to complete an online request our reception team will still be available by phone to assist or complete the form. This change should mean that the wait on the phone is reduced for those that still need to reach us this way.

The information, regardless of how someone contacts us, will be reviewed by the triaging clinician and you will be contacted with the outcome. This will ensure that appointments are booked according to need rather than on a first come first save basis.

Local and NHS services

The surgery works in partnership with local and NHS service providers and groups.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.
